This Vidhyadhan Scholarship is one of such schemes that some educational institutes have released scholarships for all the poor students. In this article we will see how to apply for this scheme and how much money they can get from this application and what documents are required to apply for this scheme. Vidhyadhan is a pan India scholarship which is being distributed by Sarojani Damodaras Foundation. In 1999 Mr. S.D. Shibulal (Co-Founder, Infosys) and Smt. Kumari Shibulal (Managing Trustee). Vidyadhan Scholarship has awarded 33200 scholarships so far and 6500 students have benefited from it.
Vidhyadhan Pratishthan has its operations in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Orissa, Delhi, Ladakh, Bihar and Jharkhand.
The main objective of this Vidhyadhan Institution is to provide education to talented students from economically backward areas.
Eligibility requirements to apply for Vidhyadhan Yojana are:
- Annual family income should be less than 2 lakhs.
- 2023 should be students who passed 10th standard/PUC.
- Admission to students with more than 90% or 9 CGPA (75% or 7 CGPA for students with disabilities).
- Poor students who have made up their minds to study will be given first preference.
- Children of farmers or laborers are given first preference.
Documents required to apply for Vidhyadhan Yojana are:
- Income certificate.
- 10th Class Marks List
- 2nd PUC Marks List
- A recent portrait of a student
- The e-mail id used by the student or the name of the student should be attached.
- Aadhaar Card Copy.
Still this application has to be submitted by the students themselves. An opportunity has been given to submit it on the Vidhyadhan web page. 10000 rupees will be added to your account from this application.
If students with 90% marks in PUC apply this application we can see them getting money every year in graduate colleges.
The organization has released the closing date for submission of application. Announced as June 30-2023. How to apply for Vidhyadhan Yojana?
You must have a personal email account to submit anonymously. Do not use mail id in cyber cafe/internet center as all future communication will be sent to registered email id. Create a new account with your email service provider. Please remember the email login and password for future use.
When registering a new account, you will be asked for details like this.
First Name: Please enter your first name as per your educational records.
Last Name: Please enter your last name as per your educational records.
Email ID: Please enter your email address and don’t forget to check this mail account regularly for our information
Now click on “APPLY NOW” button. An email will be sent to your email account with an account activation link.
Please open your email in a new window and open the account activation email. Click on the activation link provided in that email which will open a home page with a message that the account has been activated and a login form to continue.
Please login with the email id and password you entered in step 2 above while registering a new account.
